Our Mission

Our Mission is to establish and enhance a family of believers who passionately seek the heart of the Lord through:

✤Year-round camping and hosting opportunities
✤Summer camp programs
✤Expanding the “community” of seekers of His
heart through serving others in our community and beyond.

Our Vision is based on Mark 1: 17 — “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.”

First, we strive to be a Christ-centered organization by following Him through worship and intercession.

Built in to Christ’s words in Mark 1:17 is the principle of discipleship. As we follow Christ we seek to be empowered by His Spirit to proclaim His name and make disciples. At the Center we rely on the 3-fold approach of modeling, teaching, and interceding.

Our goal and earnest hope is to equip younger generations with the kindling of God’s truth that He might be pleased to torch into a flame of faith for the rest of their lives.

Our trained staff seeks to model and teach Biblical Christianity. At the Southwest Christian Center we strive to provide spiritual growth, physical activity, social development and mental renewal in a Christ-centered atmosphere.
